R&R Enterprises was founded in 1980 by Bobby and Robbie McMillan to meet the growing needs of Carroll County and the West Georgia area. In our 38 years of business, we have successfully completed over 3,000 construction related projects including remodels, storm damage restoration, custom designs and new construction.
Over the past several decades, R&R has witnessed many changes within our country and community. We have watched families grow, the economy rise and fall, and witnessed many businesses fold under pressure while others rose over night. Throughout all of the changes, we have been the neighbor that weathered the storm right beside you. Our resilience and ability to adapt and overcome change stems from our unchanging core values, quality of work and solid ongoing relationships with our clients.
Even as the second generation of the McMillan family steps in to take the reigns and the R&R legacy continues, our devotion to our craft and care for our clients still remain the same.
Overall, our family run business and every member of our team are dedicated to serving our clients and our community to the highest standard, one that we believe is hard to find elsewhere.
Bobby founded R&R Enterprises, Inc. in 1980. He was a recent graduate of the University of West Georgia and had a particular goal in mind, to meet the growing construction needs of the Carroll County and West Georgia area. Bobby had put himself through college by providing maintenance and remodeling services to the local apartment complexes and had become extremely familiar with the need for his type of work in the area. He paired his strong work ethic with his construction experience and built a business on the motto that "R&R will do what others won't and can't do". That simple motto allowed Bobby and his wife, Robbie, to lay the foundation for a legacy that would stand the test of time.
During Bobby's tenure he received numerous awards and was even recognized by the Home Builders Association with the Builder of the Year Award three times. Even though Bobby has since taken a step back from the company to allow for more time with his wife and grandchildren, he remains on our advisory board. Bobby also remains very active in the community. He was elected to the Board of Directors for the Tanner Medical Foundation, is an active member of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and continues to do his part for the Alumni Association at the University of West Georgia.

In 2007, after working summers at R&R since he was 12 years old, Robert McMillan Jr. graduated from Auburn University and came back to Carrollton to join the family business. Upon returning, Robert took over the position of Project Manager and oversaw all phases of various construction projects. These projects included custom design buildings, remodeling, additions, historical restoration and environmental projects for residential and commercial clients.
In 2013, Bobby McMillan stepped down as President of the R&R, passing along the company legacy to his oldest son, Robert. Since that time Robert has successfully seen 550 jobs through to completion and led the company to produce some of the most beautiful projects in our community.
In addition to being a licensed General Contractor, Robert is also our Lead In-House Designer.
