Carrollton, GA, February, 12th 2024—The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named R&R Build and Design in Carrollton, Georgia, 2024 Southeast Regional Contractor of theYear (CotY) winners in the Residential Kitchen and Residential Interior categories in its’ annual awards competition.
Winning multiple CotY awards from NARI is a testament to our dedication to excellence in residential remodeling. In the Residential Interior $100,000-$150,000 category, our project stood out for its meticulous transformation of a cramped kitchen and dining area. Focusing on optimizing functionality and enhancing aesthetics, we redesigned the space to overcome challenges such as inefficient layouts and outdated features. The result is a modern, seamlessly connected kitchen and dining area that not only meets but exceeds our client's expectations. In the Residential Interior Under $100,000 category, we undertook a project to create a brighter, more architecturally detailed space for our client. By repurposing the seldom-used adjacent office into a primary closet and incorporating architectural finesse such as vaulted ceilings and arched entrances, we transformed the area into a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing primary suite. Finally, in the Residential Kitchen $100,000-$150,000 category, we tackled another challenging space, addressing issues like an awkward office view, outdated elements, and limited storage. Through careful upgrades to countertops, cabinets, lighting, and appliances, we elevated the kitchen to contemporary standards while seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with functionality. Winning these awards highlights our commitment to delivering exceptional remodeling solutions that transform homes and exceed client expectations.
Each year, NARI presents CotY Awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The CotY Awards are the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. NARI received over 600 entries from across the United States representing over $230 million in remodeling projects.
